Alteryx Certificate not received

I had cleared the Alteryx Core Certification exam on 20th April 2020. I had got an email saying that I will get a PDF certificate within 48hrs. Its been more than 1 week but I still haven’t received it. I also tried searching for it in my junk folder but could not find it.
