Alteryx App Notes/Instruction Box

Hope this is a relatively simple question but how can I add an instruction box to an Alterxy App? Attached is a screenshot of the prompts but would like to add a separate tab providing instructions aka "How to Guide" that elaborates on the workflow and how it functions. Simply, a text box that functions as a notepad.

You need to add Tab and Label in the new tab with instructions. You can add by clicking on the Add button(highlighted below) in the interface designer.

@atcodedog05, much appreciated. Knew I was close though was still hoping that the functionality would allow for more formatting options for readability.
