Alteryx Activate Designer 14 Day Trial

Hello,

I am moving my license from one computer to another and in the meantime since it can take a bit to transfer the license if I try to create a free trial it won't take.  I have put in valid information and it still doesn't take it just times out and refreshes.

Any ideas?
