Alteryx 2023.1

Question

Hello,

I am a student and for one of my classes I have to use Alteryx. I downloaded the version 2023.1.1.247, and when I used it to run a result for data cleansing Alteryx closes. I already uninstall and installed it, and It keeps closing when I run for results.

Either downgrade to 2022 v3 or 2022 v1 to see if it works.

yes, Alteryx crashes. I am not sure what I need to do since I need it for school.

You mean Alteryx crashes or...?

Please raise a support ticket to Alteryx via Mission Control. Enable logs on your designer and replicate the issue, and pass the log to Alteryx in addition to your ticket.
