Allow only columns from Data Input that is present in a separate list provided

Hi Friends,

I have a problem to solve where in I need to allow only those columns from the Data Input that is provided as a list in a separate excel file.

Data and Allowed Column files attached for reference.

Any thoughts how to solve this?
