Allocate data to given members

Hi Team,

I have raw data which is pulled from the data source and contain case number so I need to allocate available members for the day. In another sheet, I have updated the names to those whom need to allocate one by one.

I don't get it. How many cases one person can pick up?

In one file you have 12 categories and in a second file only 5.

"Raw data" file in B column there are case numbers, in C column we need to allocate the persons who are available in "Available resource" file (This person will change depends on the availability particular day)

Thank you so much for your reply!!

However, the allocated persons will change on daily basis. I mean number of people will change as you mentioned 5 in the formula but it will change on daily so I need to automize without manual intervention in the process flow.
