Align number formats?

Hi 

I get data every month from a specific carrier.

They send combinations like the attached excel file.I need to calculate a total in alteryx - but im not able to do that because of the format mainly of negative numbers. 

And I tried different formulas to change the - from the last char to the first.

But im from Denmark and we use dot as thousand seperator, and comma as decimal seperator.

And the formula messes that up... so any help would be appricited?
