After upgrade Desktop to 2024.1, cannot connect to Server 2023.2

Yesterday, I was warned about new Alteryx Desktop, version 24.1, and after I downloaded and upgraded, today I can't connect to gallery at version 2023.2.

Hi @Maurilio_Lima_yduqs you typically need to keep your designers and server version in sync. As the latest versions of Designers may have new features that your Alteryx Server which is on a older version may not have. Hence why you are unable to connect.

Exactly what @JosephSerpis said - technically you can have a newer version of Server and an older version of Designer if you need, but you cannot have an older version of Server and a newer version of Designer. Best to keep them the same!
