After Decimal Keep All Zeroes till a number greater than 0 is found

Hi, I am looking for a solution for below given problem.

If i have a number which is 0.00000000458393 and a number 0.0056898 Then in both cases i want to keep all the zeroes after decimal till a number greater than zero is found after decimal, And once a number is found than i want to keep only two numbers, a few examples are given below

0.0000000435638 to 0.000000043

0.0008989 to 0.00089
