Adobe Analytics Connector Unknown Error

Question

Hi Alteryx Community,

I am facing a bit of a brick wall in using the Adobe Analytics API Connector. I am able to authenticate OK using JWT authentication (as this will need to be scheduled) and then I am able to select my parameters and validate the report. However if I try to run the workflow I get the error:

Error: Adobe Analytics (1): adobe-sign-JWT (129): An unknown error occurred in II_Close.

From my understanding this looks like a generic issue. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

I was wondering if there were any pointers, tips, advice or updates in relation to this as I'm encountering exactly the same error.

I'm using the Adobe Analytics Connector v3.0.0 with an Adobe Analytics JWT (Service Account) Login.

I can connect to Adobe Analytics, can select segments etc but when I actually run the workflow I receive this generic error. I can't seem to find this error code anywhere as well.

In order to better troubleshoot the error you have encountered, can you please send a screenshot of the error message, as well a screenshot of the tool setup for the tools mentioned in your error message?
This will help the community to better troubleshoot the issue you have encountered.
