Adobe Analytics 3.0.0 Connector Error occurred in plugin

Hi!,

I recently installed the Adobe Analytics connector (3.0.0). I am able to login via the JWT credentials and complete all of the settings. I receive the following error when running the workflow: "Adobe Analytics (1) adobe-sign-JWT (129): Record #1: Tool #46: Unexpected error occurred in plugin please see log file:". This connector works on others' machines as well as my prior laptop. Has anyone run into this before or know of a solution?

Error log includes the following as an fyi:

ERROR HTTPSConnectionPool(host='ims-na1.adobelogin.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /ims/exchange/jwt (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1123)')))

Hello. Have you managed to resolve the above issue? I am getting similar error while using adobe api in alteryx. Please advise on steps you have taken to setup the api.
