Additive or Multiplicative Terms in ETS tool

Sometimes, it’s not immediately obvious from the decomposition plot how best to apply the error, trend, and seasonal components. For instance, how do I determine additive or multiplicative for error according to the chart below? Thanks,

 The peaks and valleys for seasonality are constant over time, I should apply it additively, right?
