Adding some calculation to email body

Hello,

I use Email tool from reporting tab and it is going to email the output. Also I need add some of calculation summary in the email body. Is there possible way to add to that the email body?!

You can create the email body text in a report text tool where you can insert data from fields into the report text. You can then select this report text tool as the field to use for the body text in the email tool

yes But I can insert one not a table. how can I insert multiple field?

Right. With the Report Text tool, you have the option to add text to an existing object, like a table. So if you do that, and use that new object as the body text, it should work.

I tried and didn't give me right output. I would like have something like picture below.

but it give me each row in different email and I get so many emails.

why am I getting multiple emails

Can you show how the email tool is configured and if the To email address is driven from a field, what is the content of that field?
