Adding pictures

Is there a way to add pictures to a workflow?

I know we can add Pictures by Commenting Tools as illustration.

And we can also download a picture by Download Tool.

Can you clarify what is your intention here?

the one way i can thing of is 

1. Drag the comment tool to canvas pic 1

2. Insert image through option on the left when you click on comment tool pic 2

3. Right click on box and select "send back" to send box in the background behind workflow.

4. Expand the size of box.
