Adding new columns for sum of occurrences

Hi. I have several columns and would like to sum the occurrences into new columns, if they contain the required criteria.  Thank you.

Example.

RC01	RC02	RC03	RC04	RC05	RC06	RC07	...	Total_44s	Total_45s	Total30s
42	44	45	12	4				1	1
65	28	30	44	44	45	45		2	2	1
67	29	28	60	62	63	70
28	44							1
