Adding fields

Question

Hi

I am appending excel sheets to a master excel sheet. In the excel sheets in A2 (name) and A3 (Currency) I would like them to populate the length of the data in F1 >F39(length of data), G1 > G39

the reason is I want to be able to pivot on this data and want to also do a conversion on the currency in the next column.

Please can someone help me with solution.

Will each file ALWAYS have the same format:

1st Row = blank

2nd Row = Fixed Assets

3rd Row = Currency

4th Row = Co Name

5th Row = Income

Still not quite clear.  Perhaps mock up an actual Excel file that has what the data looks like coming into Alteryx, and what you'd like it to look like after processing with Alteryx.

Just guessing here, but it sounds like maybe you want to turn the data within the first column into rows?  If so, a Crosstab tool would do it, but again, I'm just guessing.
