Adding a value from the data to a header

This has to be a simple question to answer, but I just can't seem to find the answer, or accurately use the tools I thought I could use (cross tab or Dynamic rename)

I just want to take the result under the 'Begin-Year' column and add it to the existing 'Submit Count' column header.

Thank you in advance,

Yes, this is possible.  The approach I would take is to actually rebuild the field name using the what you know "Submit Count" and then appending that through string concatenation using the Formula Tool.  Then you can use the Dynamic Rename to replace the field name.  Here's an illustration, along with attached workflow.  Of course you'll need to adapt to your solution, but this should get you there.

Hope that helps, -Jay
