Adding a new row to the bottom of a data set, and populate specific fields

Hi All,

I have a data set that updates weekly and I would like to add two lines as sort of a footer to the data each week.  I have attached what I am talking about in an excel file below.  I am basically trying to add an extra row to the bottom and populate specific cells.

Thanks

Hi @avavalley ,

One way that you could conquer this is by filtering out your "Grand Total" row and then using a formula tool to populate the separated footer row with the necessary information (i.e. Unit = "US" & Code = "US"). Once this is done you can then merge your data sets back together with the Union tool.

I hope this helps!
