Adding a name to a row total

can I add a row name  my grand totals at the bottom of each  I would like the name under column Entity Code .example:

Region       Country        Entity Code        TX-15     TX-200

BB             Canada         J150                   650          750

BB             Canada         C57                     770          951

BB              US                 M29                    800          700

BB Total                  entity name here    2220         2401

 Something like this can be achieved with a formula tool up top prior to the union

@BrandonB  the way I tried adding the name in the Formula tool  as you suggested but it did not work. I ended up created a new column instead. I am doing it very wrong. Can I see the updated workflow>
