Adding Row

HI 

I want to add the row of E column which has duration and it should be date wise like 

For employee id - 101 for date 2/4/2022 there are three rows. I want to make it one and start time should be taken from C2 and end time D4 and then it should sum duration 5+0.3+5.

Like this it should do with all dates.

How can we do that?
I am adding input file as well.

Hi @sgaryali ,

if I got you right, a Summarize tool could do the job.

Summarize tool can return the minimum and maximum values for start and end time and add up the durations.

First thank you for your reply.

By this logic I will get the Max and Min date which will work fine for some cases.

But if you check row no 40 to row no 45 there are 5 entries of date - 2/11/2022.

And with this logic I will get start time -17:15:00 & end time - 22:53:00

But I want is start time - 17:15:00 & end time - 04:00:00 which first and last row.

I hope I was clear enough. :)

Replacing "MIN" and "MAX" by "FIRST" and "LAST" should solve this.
