Adding Row(s) when Greater than 8 hours

Hi Guys,

Need help in adding the rows when the condition like:

1 If the requested hours is greater the 8 hours, it will add rows based on the number of days using the Absence Start Date and Absence End Date. So if the Start Date is 12-05-22 and end date is 12-08-22, this is equivalent to 4 days then 4 rows will be added.

2. If 8 or less than 8, information will be retain. We are talking about time offs and per day there is 8 hours for whole day and 4 hours if half day.
