Adding Gallery in designer hangs

Hi,

    I am unable to add our corporate gallery to my designer. It asks for login information and once that is provided, it just hangs there. Does not proceed anywhere from there. Can you please help me how to even start troubleshooting this issue.

Can you put up some screen shots of your steps up to and including the error?
