Add links and formulas to Report Text

Question

Hello All,

I am trying to add a link to the report text tool, to add to an email, and I would like to add a link to the folder for both the inputs and outputs. As well as a formula to add the Date and Time of run. Could someone show how to do this? I've tried a lot of different things, I would really appreciate some help.

Hey hoye,

First off, to add a link in the report text tool you can select the link button next to the other text options. See photo below.

In terms of adding the Date and Time, you would need to feed that in as a field before the report text tool as an input. You could do so by using the Date Time Now tool in the In/Out Category. When that is fed in as an input you will have the ability to add that field in the text, under the "available fields" option, also listed in the photo below.
