Add field for week commencing from a list of dates

Hi,

If I have a list of dates and i want to add a new field which is the week commencing relating to that date, what's the simplest way to achieve this? The dates will change every time the workflow is used but for example:

01/10/2018

02/10/2018

03/10/2018

etc. for the rest of the month
