Add another row with merged column names/or empty row

Hey,

I need your advice regarding below case.

1. This is what I have in the output excel file

2. This is what I would like to have in the output file (merged rows above column names ) or have the first row empty so other system can start uploading data from exact row number

It is easier to output an empty row. I am not sure merged cells is possible.

How will the output look like in that case
