Add Server option is not available in desktop

Hi all:

We're upgrading Alteryx 2022 to 2024. So, I need to add new gallery into my desktop. When I go to File > Save As > I don't see any Add Server option from my desktop. It shows Browse | Alteryx Server (which is my 2022 gallery) & Alteryx Platform but no Add Server.

My other colleagues use the same 2022 version and can see the Add server option. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my desktop? Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion. My IT team also suggested it to me and I've done it more than once but still can't see that option. Then I installed 2024 desktop admin edition but interestingly Add Server option is not there as well. My IT colleagues installed the same version and can add gallery. Very strange.

@tanvir_khan I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling designer on your desktop and see if that helps?
