Add Free Text at the top of the dataset

Hello 

I need to add a text "Template Data" at the top of my existing data. Sample input dataset attached (file name INPUT dataset) 

Everything remains the same its just that I want to add the field "Template Data" in cell A1 at the top of the dataset. (Sample result file attached - File name Result)

I tried adding "Template Data" as TEXT input and then merging the same by UNION tool but its not giving me the desired option

Please help building workflow on the output required.

Hi @HULK 

How's this? Same approach as you mentioned. I checked the 'first row contains data' box of the excel input to keep the headers intact.
