Activation existing product key after formatting PC and Re- Installed Alteryx

Dear all,

 

 

I have a valid student product key but I did a formatting to my PC and after that I re - installed the alteryx and when I tried to enter the product key it shows me that "No available seats for this license key !

 

 

Any help in that please?
