Activating a Free Trial

Hi all,

I'm running some training and my trainees will need a free trial of Alteryx. 

I can't seem to figure out how to activate a free trial through Alteryx. 

The only way I can see the option is through the "Offline Activation", where I see this:

When I enter my email and press Activate, I get this screen, where it seems promising:

However, if I exit it closes Alteryx and nothing changes, and if I continue registration it does nothing. 

What's going on here? Maybe it's due to having used the email and machine with a real license key?

@FinnCharlton whenever I've pointed people to Alteryx free trials, I send them through to https://www.alteryx.com/designer-trial/free-30-days?gclid=CjwKCAjw_MqgBhAGEiwAnYOAer42XLx8_Pi0PU93Vr... .. they need to fill this part out, once all is successful, I'm pretty sure it allows them to download Alteryx, and then it's already got the trial license activated. There may also be something around needing a business e-mail or (school e-mails etc) something along those lines to have success in getting the free trial.

Thanks @BS_THE_ANALYST this was my first thought as well, unfortunately all of our downloads have to go through IT and be remotely installed :(
