Activating Free trial License of Alteryx Designer in a VM server

Hello,
Am I able to activate free trial license of Alteryx designer in a VM serve?
I have recently tried that, it worked for a couple minutes then in crashed, when I entered the designer again, the welcome window popped up like it's the first time opening Alteryx, but my email was there. When I proceeded with the steps, especially in "Start Solving" window, it does not work and ask for a license.

I have reinstalled Alteryx and installed it again and signed up the same email on the Maveryx Community, but still it did not work.

I think it's because i am trying to download alteryx designer on a server !

Please I need a response ASAP.

If you've used your email before, you have likely used up your free trial. Have you attempted with another email?

It does not allow me to change the Email Address.

Can you try opening up Alteryx License Manager and see if you can replace/clear the associated email?

if you mean when I go to :
options -> Manage licenses 
for the free trial, the check box on the left of the license does not exist!

I had that in mind before but unfortunately it did not work!

That is not what I mean - you can search "Alteryx License Manager" on your computer
