Action Tool

Hello!  Is there a way you can use an action tool to create columns in a table?  For instance, I want to use either a button or a check action tool so that if the user clicks the button/checks the box specific columns (which will actually be blank as they will need manual inputs that can't be standardized) are created and added to an existing table. 

Any help is appreciated!

Yes! At least if I understood your question correctly.

See the attached analytic app that allows a user to create anywhere from 0-2 new columns via checkboxes. This can be expanded to include as many columns as you'd like.

@lindsayhupp, drop-down tool would be best in such scenarios as in list a user can select two fields mistakenly.
