Accessing Alteryx read/write information.

I want to create an Alteryx audit trail table to be able to compare the reads to the writes, to know how many columns the input or output has, if any of those columns are completely null, etc..   Does Alteryx have any logs or tables that I can tap into to extract data (e.g. number of reads, number of write, number of columns, column names that are completely null, etc.)?   Thanks for your ideas.
