Access to SFTP server with a key file path using the download tool

I want to get a file from an SFTP using the download tool. What I currently have is the username, the server (ex: example-of-server.com), the file name (ex:file.csv) and a key file path ( E:\Ex\ID\blop.ppk. What are the steps to access the file through the use of the download tool? 

 

I can access the file through filezila. Is there a way to use the download tool to access  the file through filezila? Or can i access the file through a batch command, if so how would I do that?

 

This is my first time working with this tool. Ive been able to connect to an SFTP with a url, username, and password. However, this a different scenario. 

 

Can someone please help me?
