Access Database Output Error

Question

Would anyone have insight as to why I'm receiving the attached error when trying to append output from a workflow to an existing Microsoft Access database table?

The workflow appends data to two separate tables of the same database, but the error only occurs in one of the two outputs despite all configurations being the same (other than the table name).

I'm not aware of how the .accdb engine works, but have you tried using a block until done tool to see if it works? Or even running one file at a time (using containers)? Maybe it's because it's opening the same file at the same time.
