When I use the scatterplot tool, it shows the error: Error: Scatterplot (182): Tool #2: The R version "4.1.3" is not installed on this system.

But I have download and install the predictive tools from the same 2022.1.1.42590 and admin version.

Hi all, I have solved the problem with the help of supporting team.

The error is from the wrong installation of R tools, many many folder and files are missing.

It only shows 2 folder like below

If you have the same situation like me, you can ask support for the zip file of the group of the missing files.

and you download and unzip into the R-x-x-x folder, make sure the results is correct as the normal one, and it works.

Can you double-check to see if you have the Predictive Tools installed in your control panel?

Can you check the following directory to see if you have a R-version of the folder? C:\Program Files\Alteryx

If you have them installed, can you attempt to un-install and re-install the predictive tools again?

You can check your Alteryx version in Designer by going to Help --> About.
