ARIMA model giving flat prediction

I am trying my hands at Time Series Forecasting using ETS and ARIMA. For the dummy data attached ETS with default options is working fine. However for ARIMA I am getting a flat line prediction with default options as well as the changed settings as per the attached workflow. What am I doing wrong?

The ARIMA node was connected to the False anchor of the Filter node and not True anchor
