APP: Upload File then Move to a Folder at a Future Date and Time

I'm trying to create a workflow for an app that will allow different users to upload a file, then drop that file to a chosen folder at a specified future date and time.   It's basically like automating a drag and drop for an excel file, adding the ability to schedule it.

I've tried a few different combinations with a File Browse to an 'Update Input Data Tool' Action but then am having difficulty getting the right combination from there to get that file to a folder browse.  I've read that a Folder Browse will not work in the Gallery, but the only way I can think to schedule it for a specific date would be through the gallery.

Does anyone have a workflow example with this type of feature?  Any guidance is appreciated!
