Hello, I need help. One of my clients cannot activate their license because an error has occurred. It stated as below
"Oops! Looks like we are having trouble connecting to the Alteryx license activation system. It happens! Ask your IT admin if whitelist.alteryx.com is somehow blocked by your organization. Once it's unblocked, things should clear right up! Contact your license administrator for help with licensing."
I tested their license in my Designer and there's no problem for me. I believe that there's a problem on their laptop. But I am not sure what.
