A JSON file that includes array as value

I want to use a JSON file that includes array as value.

This is a sample of my JSON file.

When I loaded this file with the 'Input Data' block, I got this result. This is of course not the result I wanted.

It seems that the values of 'JSON_ValueString' are entered one by one in the matrix of 'waferMap' in my data.

I need someone's help very much.

Hey @MinjiKim, the output you got looks correct to me.  It's just a weird format.

With this type of output, I typically follow the input with a Regex tool and split the JSON_Name field to separate columns.

If you split to columns on the period, then you'll get three columns as output (JSON_Name1, JSON_Name2, JSON_Name3).

JSON_Name1 is the field in the JSON object.

JSON_Name2 is the zero-based position number.

JSON_Name3 is the array position.
