Below 4 columns data is null, no data or miss match length those records fail and remaining pass.
EMP
NAME
Employer
Occupation

Below columns always blank
Prefix
PHONE
HomeAddress1

Excepting Output

Column wise pass or fail

Name                    RESULT

EMP                       PASS or FAIL
NAME                     PASS or FAIL
Employer                PASS or FAIL
Occupation             PASS or FAIL

Prefix                        pass
PHONE                    pass
HomeAddress1       pass

Below detail report      pass records and Failed records separate

But I tried it's not working
