2020.4.5 output tool errors

Question

Since updating to version 4.5 I am receiving the following error when trying to output to an Access Database.

Error: Output Data (53): AlteryxProcessManager::Start: Timed out in DataWrap2_ConnectNamedPipe after 11000 milliseconds

I also sometimes receive a popup box with the message Root Element Missing.

if i go into the output tool and choose the database and table again, the errors disappear.

is there any fix for these errors?

This error continues to happen in all versions of Designer. It only happens with Microsoft Access in the input and output tools.

I had a problem ticket open and they could not find the problem. The errors went away for weeks at a time then would come back for a day.

Now I cannot use MS Access at all in the input or output tools for the last week.

I thought the engineer told me the 32bit driver for Access was the issue. So i asked if i should install MS Office 64 bit and received a confusing answer.

Does anyone else have this issue or have a solution besides not using Access as an input or output?
