2019.3 - Disliking the new version - it's making my job harder & slower & a pain to use

Whoever decided on the 2019.3 changes?

The SUMMARISE tool is now an absolute pain - Group_by for every time i use it.  so i have to go in and delete the 'Group_by'.  Extra unnecessary step.

The INPUT DATE - the interface now includes 2 extra clicks every time i want to connect to a file.  Extra unnecessary step.

If someone can come on here & explain how i can switch these features off, I'd be very appreciative.

@rmwillis1973  I feel your pain! The summarize tool is a defect that will be fixed next month in a 2019.3 patch. The input tool can be changed back via a user setting:

These 2 tweaks (which may appear minor) were starting to cause a large amount of frustration.
