2 i/ps, pick the missing records by date in i/p1 vs i/p2, from i/p 2 and append to i/p 1.

sharing dummy data, Right now I am manually filtering the missing dates from 2nd input. I want to automatically pick the missing dates record from input 2 and append them to input 1.
