A good resource is also the online documentation (top -> Documentation https://docs.trifacta.com/display/PE/Common+Tasks ) , under the section Common Tasks it has great outline about the crucial steps of Data Wrangling, such as data discovery, data cleansing and enhancing as well as how to manage data wrangling projects.
