Splitting one the names in one field, but then have each repeat on it's own row.

Hi there, I’m looking for some guidance on how to split up the names in one field and then make the remaining column columns on that row repeat, but with each name getting their own row. 

For example, I have some relationship managers who partner with the same individual within a department.  When running metrics, I need each relationship manager to show on a row themselves so each can receive credit.

This is what I would like a workflow to do for me.

Hi Community!  I found an earlier post as soon as I posted this.  It worked out perfectly.  This one has been resolved!  I think the title was, "Problem in Splitting Multi Part Name Field"  Here is what I did.
