Processing multiple instances of a form in a single PDF file.

Hey folks, I have a PDF with recurring forms I'd like to image Process to extract data. I have a template of the form that seems to work, but only for the first instance of that form in the file. How do I get it to process all instances of that form in the PDF input file (and ignore pages that don't match the template)? It's only processing the 1st one of each PDF file.
