Locked out of Dataprep for a project. Any ways to revert that?

Hello.

I was struggling to get Dataflow to work in custom network mode. I got following error:

Workflow failed. Causes: There was a problem refreshing your credentials. Please check:

1. Dataflow API is enabled for your project.

2. There is a robot service account for your project:

service-[project number]@dataflow-service-producer-prod.iam.gserviceaccount.com should have access to your project. If this account does not appear in the permissions tab for your project, contact Dataflow support.

I disabled and re-enabled the Dataflow API, to make sure there are now issues with authentication. When opening Dataprep again, I went through Allow/Accept dialog again and got following warning:

It says that the project is scheduled to be deleted. However it is not. Any ideas how to fix this problem? Is there a ways to access Dataprep again for that project?

Hi again @Art Uro?,

Please send an email to support@trifacta.com that includes the following:

  • A link back to this page, for reference
  • The project ID
  • The email address associated with your Dataprep account

Once received, we can engage the Dataprep team and hopefully fix this.

Regards,

Nathanael
