Hi,
Does anyone knows how to track the count of automated workflow runs over the last 30/60/90/365 days on the admin console?
Hello @George-tan
You can check it under jobs tab in cloud and click to filter in those specific periods.
Best Regards,
Gustavo
Hello,
To track the count of automated workflow runs over various time periods like the last 30, 60, 90, or 365 days on an admin console, you'll generally follow these steps:
Access the Admin Console: Log in to the admin console of the platform you're using for automated workflows (such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, etc.).
Navigate to Analytics or Reports Section:
Look for a section labeled “Analytics,” “Reports,” “Monitoring,” or something similar. This section is usually where you'll find detailed statistics about workflow runs.
Select the Appropriate Report:
Within the analytics or reporting section, find a report or dashboard that tracks workflow runs or execution statistics.
Set the Time Range:
Most platforms will have an option to filter or set the time range for the data you're interested in. Look for options to set custom date ranges or predefined ranges like "Last 30 days," "Last 60 days," "Last 90 days," or "Last 365 days."
Generate or View the Report:
After setting the desired time range, generate the report or view the data. This should provide you with a count of workflow runs within the specified time frame.
Export or Save the Data (Optional):
If you need to further analyze the data or share it with others, look for options to export or save the report, usually in formats like CSV or PDF.
Hope that helps!
