I am ending up with timestamp (int) columns after doing min/max functions on dates during a pivot. I am unsure how to turn them back into datetimes within Cloud Dataprep.

As of 2020, new functions have been released that produce dates as the output of aggregations (instead of unixtime values). You can read more about the functions here: https://community.trifacta.com/s/article/Aggregating-date-time-columns
