Having trouble exporting/downloading an .XLSX file I made in Alteryx Designer Cloud

New here so forgive my ignorance. When running my workflow, I select to export as an XLSX file, but continue to get the following error message whenever I go to download it: 

 

"This output was published as multiple files, which cannot be downloaded directly." 

 

When I click to learn more about the output, it doesn't give me the option to unpack or look at the multiple outputs to be able to understand what's happening. I don't believe I'm creating multiple outputs in my workflow, so any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
